Bookmaking
Each workshop is one three hour session held on a Sunday from 12-3PM; choose from the dates below:
July 28th -or- August 4th
Learn how to make a sketchbook that will fold completely flat when open for easy sketching. We will each make one 5 x 8-inch hard back Coptic bound book using lightweight drawing paper. This method will leave the spine open with a beautiful stitching exposed.
Please do not bring anything as all materials will be provided.
Additional materials fee (payable in cash at the workshop) : A $15 materials fee includes: paper, covers, and necessary tools.
Teaching bio: Sarah Zidonik attended the University of Florida, where she received her B.A. in Art Education, her B.F.A. in Studio Art, and a minor in Art History. Find out more details at www.sarahzidonik.com.

BAS requires 72 hours advanced notice to reshedule workshops. BAS is not able to provide refunds. If the workshop you signed up for is on a Sunday, we must recieve notice no later than the preceeding Friday at 5:30PM (because the office is not open on Saturday). To make changes, please call 718-858-9069.
